What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?
I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. However, to ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee, which must be paid before booking a new appointment.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full cost of the service booked.

This policy applies to all cancellations, including those due to illness or personal reasons.

What happens if I forget to turn up to my appointment?
I get it, our brains can get busy and overwhelmed, however, If you no-show to your appointment, you will be charged the the full cost of the service booked.

​Without payment of this, all future bookings will be cancelled / we can not make any further bookings.
What happens if I'm late to my appointment?
I understand that life gets busy sometimes, but out of respect for both my time and other clients, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, as appointments are carefully booked in 15-minute increments.
Do you have any policies in place for wedding bookings?
I sure do! Once you have completed the form on the bridal tab, I will respond with a quote, and in that email I will inform you of all policies and how we can work together moving forward in the lead up to your big day to ensure the day runs smoothly.
